I feel guilty about being mad about this, but as a fan of the Dallas Mavericks, I should be obligated too. As I watch this Lakers-Thunder game, I see Derek Fisher enter the game. Now it seems hard to be angry at the “Mother Theresa” of the NBA, but I am. He flat out did us wrong! I understand we’re not a contender like the Thunder, but don’t show interest in joining our team if your not in it for the long run. There are good times and there are bad times, I guess he decided we weren’t good enough for him. Don’t get me wrong, Derek Fisher is one of the best human beings probably walking the face of the earth. He still deserves some criticism for what he did to us though because it was just pretty low. He even said that he was retiring because he felt like it was time. That didn’t last long huh? I don’t know, maybe I am a little bias, but we were still bamboozled by a great guy. Derek Fisher, I wish you a great rest of the season with the Oklahoma City Thunder even though I won’t be rooting for you and your team whenever the NBA playoffs role around. Good Luck!
